Yoga will bring strength and flexibility to the body and a sense of overall peace to the mind. These classes draw on a variety of yoga traditions giving you a complete and eclectic practice.
Core Connection ~ A deeply supportive core awareness session. We will explore the practice of SATYA, gentle, therapeutic movements to open and free the body. Then add focused and safe core strengthening exercises to develop a connection to our physical core and our energetic power center. Gentle class all done lying on the floor. Fridays 8:30-9:30am
Yoga for Vibrancy ~ A completely integrated practice. This healing session combines strong and heating ‘Yang’ yoga postures with the quiet and cooling ‘Yin’ aspects of relaxing restorative poses. Yin postures are held longer to cultivate a meditative mindset and deeper physical opening. Gently build strength while increasing flexibility and reducing tension. Work at a pace that is supportive to your body and well-being. All Levels Welcome. Tuesdays & Thursdays 5:30-6:30pm
Core, Power, & Strength ~ A strong session to cultivate a deep connection to our core. We will move, stretch, strengthen, and release the body. Drawing on an eclectic variety of practices each class will be playful and powerful. Not recommended for beginners, Intermediate class. Fridays 12noon-1pm
Ananda Flow ~ A strong and dynamic flow experience with challenging sequencing and a focus on core strength and power. Inspired by Prana Flow Yoga and other creative expressions of vinyasa (flow) yoga. This class is for those with an established yoga practice or for those who are active. Expect to move, sweat, and have fun! Advanced Intermediate class. Tuesdays 4-5pm
