SATYA & Sound ~ SATYA (as taught by Prajna Yoga founders, Tias and Suyra Little): meditative movements to release and free trauma held deep in connective tissue. For these sessions we use our breath, visualization, and healing tones from Tibetan and crystal singing bowls, chimes, and toning to heal on all levels of the being. Be your own Healer. Core Connection ~ A deeply supportive core awareness session. We will explore the practice of SATYA, gentle, therapeutic movements to open and free the body. Then add focused and safe core strengthening exercises to develop a connection to our physical core and our energetic power center. Gentle class all done lying on the floor. Fridays 8:30-9:30am
Yoga for Vibrancy (therapeutic practice) ~ A healing session that will gently build strength while increasing flexibility and reducing tension. Work at a pace that is supportive to your body and wellbeing. All Levels Welcome. Tuesdays 5:30-6:45pm
Yoga for Empowered Living ~ Joyfully explore your unique and authentic heart space in this 90 minute Sadhana (practice). This class draws from a variety of traditions, from classic yoga pastures to yin yoga to Kundalini Kryias and dynamic liberating movements. Practices to connect, deeply, into the Heart. Not recommend for beginners. Thursdays 5:30-7pm
Core, Power, & Strength ~ A strong session to cultivate a deep connection to our core. We will move, stretch, strengthen, and release the body. Drawing on an eclectic variety of practices each class will be playful and powerful. Not recommended for beginners, Intermediate class. Fridays 12noon-1pm
